The Wechselsystem DAR-15 IPSC from DAR Germany is a conversion system for Cat. B semi-automatic rifles and is manufactured entirely in Germany at our site in Fraureuth. It is chambered in .223 Rem (with Wylde chamber). The 16.75" barrel (contour "Super Light Barrel") has a 8" twist (6 grooves, right-hand). The barrel is finished using the Tenifer QPQ process and carries a 11° Varmint crown. The 1/2"-28 UNEF muzzle thread holds the DAR Dynamic Comp. Power comes from a direct-impingement gas system (direct impingement, rifle length); the gas volume can be fine-tuned via the DAR Low Profile gas block 750, Gen2, front-adjustable (16 clicks). The build comprises the upper receiver "DAR IPSC Advanced", the DAR Low Mass bolt assembly, the DAR charging handle (gas-deflecting, ambidextrous) and the handguard DAR Carbon Tube. The surface is black hard-anodised. The conversion system ships in the DAR case. Developed and manufactured 100% in Germany – made in Germany.
